A Spartanburg woman is facing a charge after being accused of hitting her cousin in the head with a high-heeled shoe, says a report by WYFF 4.
Courtney Teague is charged with second-degree assault and battery after she attacked her cousin in the head with her shoe.
Police said the victim had a dime-size hole in the right side of her head and her skull was visible.
Teague was booked in the Spartanburg County Detention Center but has been released.
According to an incident report, Teague and the victim were fighting when the victim was hit.
